What's Midland Communities Process?
Tour our model home and experience the quality and difference between Midland Communities and other local builders in the same price range.
Meet with our sales director to discuss floor plan, available options, make structural selections and choose your lot. You’ll secure your lot with a $25,000 lot deposit made at the signing of your contract. Within approximately 10 days you will meet with our interior design consultant at no charge and you will make the selections that complete your new home.
We’ll take your plans to the county and start the permit process. When approval is granted we will prepare your lot for construction.
One week prior to closing your building supervisor will conduct a final walk through of the property. Midland Communities will provide you with a 12 month BIA warranty covering any builder related defects occurring during your first year of home ownership. You will be given all the manufacturer warranties covering the newly installed items in your home.

What Is HECM Financing?
The Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) is Federal Housing Administration’s (FHA) reverse mortgage program which enables you to withdraw some of the equity in your home. You choose how you want to withdraw your funds, whether in a fixed monthly amount or a line of credit or a combination of both.
Do I Need To Insure My Property?
